The Traffic Commission meets the 3rd Monday of the month at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chamber.

The Traffic Commission is advisory to the City Council and provides a forum for increased public input and citizen participation on traffic related matters.  Matters such as traffic volume, vehicle speed, stop signs, line of sight and parking issues are typical of the matters considered by the Traffic Commission. 

The Traffic Advisory Commission consists of five members and one alternate.  The current members are Eileen Hale, James Coupe, David Swarts, Alan Lin and Tony Fung.  Mr. Hunter Chang is the alternate, and the Council Liaisons to the Traffic Commission are Dennis Kneier and Richard Ward.

Traffic Commission Meetings begin at 7:00 P.M. the third Monday of each month in the City Council Chambers.  These meetings are also attended by the Assistant City Manager, Cindy Collins, Chief of Police, John Schaefer and the City’s contract Traffic Engineer who all serve as staff representatives to the Traffic Commission.
